    Nvi97 7 months ago (edited) I just want to say thank you for taking the time out your lives to put up free content to help people with exercising and weight loss because you don’t have to! On the days I don’t go to the gym I search you guys up and do a 30 minute workout. At one part of the exercise I wanted to cry because coach said something that rung in my ear and to paraphrase he said “some of you are doing this to save your life” and once he said that it opened my eyes because I can’t believe that I let myself get as big as I am, but now I’m trying to do something about it and that’s what counts! it’s been almost 2 years since I started my weight loss journey and I have been successful but not as much as I would like! But As I write this I can rejoice because I’m not who I use to be and I’ve come a long ways. Again, thank you!❤️

Of course I had to take a 5 second break a few times but I loved this workout so much I'm gonna have to make it my regular workout and keep working at it to where I don't stop.     Stealth Slushie 1 year ago (edited) After a full month of break, this one feels quite easy, as most of HASFIT's beginner workouts do. Unlike HIIT workouts from other channels this doesn't make me see black spots, feel nauseous, exhausted, sleepy afterwards (probably too difficult for me). I don't have to give up during these, this is just perfect for beginners. It makes me sweat but in moderation and I do not feel like I am damaging myself. And I also like Kozak's voice, it's the first time I felt motivated merely by someone's words on youtube, not too pushy, very relaxing therefore helpful during rough moments.

    Jonathan Beeler 1 year ago You guys are still at it, kicking butts with these so-called "beginner" workouts. I've done P90X, Insanity, and my own crazy workouts. But to be honest, this is a great workout even for me. I know i know, it doesn't absolutely destroy a fitness buff to the point of cardiac arrest, but it's still a great workout for anyone, even if you don't pass out half way through. I love it! If i had to pick 1 workout to do every day, it would be this one. Thanks guys!

    LM the Aspien 1 year ago I did mostly Coach's workout, and I am sweating so much! I thought I clicked on a senior workout, and I did the whole workout thinking, if the elderly can do this, so I can I! Afterward, I realized it was actually a low-impact beginner workout. Now I'm impressed with my body and what mind over matter can do!

I wanted to give up so bad, but by the end on the moves I hated I was literally telling myself "Don't give up" out loud over and over because of your positivity. I love this one too because the warm up and cool down was in it so I don't have the down time between switching videos. Would love to have more full workouts like this. Would also love to see some live videos or classes on Facebook or something so we could actually do it with you.
